As a Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales), the State Bank of India (SBI) hires people in all of its Indian stores. This is an office job that involves helping customers and doing things related to sales.
1. Post Name: Junior Associate (Sales and Customer Service)
2. To be eligible:
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any field.
Age Limit: 20 to 28 years old (with some exceptions for certain categories).
3. Procedure for Selection
The following steps make up the hiring process:
Preliminary Examination (100 marks)
One-hour online objective test that includes the following sections:
30 questions (30 points) in English
Math Proficiency: 35 questions (35 points)
Ability to Reason: 35 questions (35 points)
100 questions in all, worth one mark each.
Main Examination (200 marks):
This two-hour, forty-minute online objective test consists of the following sections:
50 questions including general and financial awareness (50 marks)
40 questions in general English (40 marks)
50 questions (50 points) for quantitative aptitude
Computer proficiency and reasoning skills: 50 questions (60 marks)
Test of Language Proficiency (LPT):
If they are not excused by having studied the language in school, candidates must pass the state’s local language exam.
